About
Since 1933, you have been our focus. This is the reason that we have passed the test of time. We are always thinking about you, and not ourselves. It bothers us to be the center of attention on this page and talk about ourselves because this is not what we do. However, we do want you to know us, like us, trust us and choose us.
We have been a family-owned commercial printing business for over 89 years. With us, you have no risk and can depend on our time-tested processes. Yes, print has changed. When we started, every order was printed letterpress. Now, you have the choice of Digital, Offset and Inkjet. We still use letterpress, but for die-cutting only.
We remain because of what has not changed: our business and work ethic. Our Christian values set the standard in our business. So, when you approach us, rest assured that you will feel welcomed and that every detail of your project will be taken care of with respect and integrity. Even if you don’t agree with our ethics, you will agree with our quality because we know that God knows and sees all.
It’s more than just ink on paper, you are trying to accomplish a result with every order. We create those results with Print. Better organization, more profit, increased sales, brand recognition, we do all of that. Our paper marketing will make the phone ring, help grow your customer base, and build referrals. If you want to promote new products, fill capacity, add to your contact list, and drive event registrations, we do this every day.
Our History
Mr. Copy, the first quick printing business in Buffalo, was founded in 1962 by the father of the current Buffalo Design And Printing owner, Joe Farage. Mr. Copy was the first company in Buffalo to offer color copies, self-serve copies, large print books, and became the model for eight other quick print businesses in Buffalo.
In 1983, Joe’s father bought the 50-year-old family business named Buffalo Printing Company and changed Mr. Copy’s name to Buffalo Printing Co. For 20 years, people thought that all Mr. Copy did was make copies. Buffalo Printing Company better encompassed our complete service of graphic design, print, and packaging. Joe started working for his dad over 45 years ago. He literally worked his way up in the family business from cleaning bathrooms and taking out the garbage, to production and sales. When Joe’s dad retired in 2005, he bought the family business and has continued to grow it into what it is today.
Over the 80+ years that Buffalo Printing Co. has evolved, the company has looked far beyond printing to fulfill its customers’ needs in other areas. Buffalo Printing Co. has consistently embraced the growing needs of its clients by anticipating and responding to the ever-changing world of marketing needs. Buffalo Printing Company was first to market with services and equipment. Inspiration, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit led the way through a recession and the digital revolution. In 2016, we rebranded into Buffalo Design And Printing because we are so much more than just ink on paper.
We still pride ourselves on printing, but when engaging, high-quality, professional graphic design combines with our printing technology, your company’s campaigns will get significant results. Design, Print, Results.
