How it works
Please call 716-877-9444 to set up an account. After you have an account, you can log in on the top of the website navigation “customer login”.
This service is a portal where all of your organization’s customized products are available 24/7/365. The benefits of this are.
Step 1
Log in with your secure username and password.
Step 2
Select Catalog to place an order, or Order Status to check existing orders.
Step 3
Select the product type you would like to order.
Step 4
Select from the product list the item you would like to order.
Step 5
Enter any variable data such as name, title, phone, punctuation, etc. if necessary. If reordering, select from the prefill dropdown. Here you can also see the live proof.
Step 6
Select Quantity, Shipping Type, and add to your cart. Return to step 2 if you would like to order more products.
Step 7
At check out, you can add a PO#, pay on account, or by credit card.
Step 8
If needed, an approval email will be sent. This also allows for your internal control of your company processes.
Step 9
The order will be processed by Buffalo Design & Printing. This includes automated quality checks, but unlike other online ordering options, we include 4 human quality checks also.
Step 10
The normal production time for your orders is 3 days. You pay true shipping cost.
